Using language archives: finding and depositing the resources of minoritised languages.

Paul Trilsbeek discussed the use of language archives, with a special focus on finding and depositing the resources of minoritised languages. The talk focused on finding and getting access to digital materials in different language archives, also exploring what is needed to prepare language materials for depositing with an archive, which includes choosing the right file formats, creating metadata descriptions, and general data organisation principles.
